Configurator terms of use and enquiry conditions
This document is not yet the version in force. This document describes the enquiry model. The earlier order form remains disabled until the terms, prices and production settings are approved; studio projects and enquiries can already be saved and sent.
1. Business details
JKLM Firma Usługowa Łukasz Kaczmarek, Polish tax ID 7532159822, ul. Brzozowa 6A, 48-385 Otmuchów, Poland. Contact: biuro@jklm.eu, +48 515 452 745.
2. Purpose of the form
- The configurator is used to prepare an indicative estimate and send an enquiry.
- Submitting the form does not create an obligation to pay or automatically start production.
- The price, scope, schedule, transport and installation conditions require individual confirmation by JKLM.
- A contract can only be concluded after the final quotation is provided on a durable medium and expressly accepted by the customer.
3. Price and transport
The amount shown in the configurator is an estimated total including VAT based on your parameters, not a final price. Non-standard elements, supporting structures, installation, travel and oversized transport may require a separate calculation. Before entering into a contract, the customer will receive the full price including tax and all known additional costs.
4. Customer artwork and files
- Customers should only send files they have the right to use and that may be used to produce the signage.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware or data unnecessary for the quotation.
- The formats and limits shown in the form apply. Files that do not meet the requirements may be rejected.
- Before production, JKLM submits the final design for approval. Changes after approval may affect the price and schedule.
5. Fulfilment and complaints
The final quotation will specify the schedule, delivery or collection, warranty and any installation. Questions and complaints can be sent to biuro@jklm.eu or made by phone on +48 515 452 745. These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.
6. Consumers and withdrawal
An enquiry alone does not create a paid contract. If a subsequent contract is concluded remotely with a consumer, JKLM will provide the required information, including withdrawal information, before it is made. Products manufactured strictly to the customer’s specifications may fall under a statutory exception to withdrawal rights, but the specific quotation must explain any such exception before the contract is concluded.
Consumer information is also published by UOKiK.
7. Privacy
The processing of data and files is described in the privacy information.
